1. The price on the ticket is not the price I paid. Is that right?

Yes, that price does not reflect the cost or the selling price.  The price printed on the ticket does not reflect the cost of obtaining the ticket, or the market value of the ticket.  Tickets are generally sold above or below the price printed on the ticket, please verify your invoice for the correct price of what you paid for the items purchased from Ticket Attractions.

2. Why was I charged Texas Sales Tax on my order?

Our website stipulates very distinctly before you check out that if local taxes are required by law, the fulfilling broker must collect those taxes.  This way we don't charge taxes automatically on every order, only when required by law.  According to Texas Law, if the event takes place in The State of Texas, our company is required to collect sales tax.  The current tax rate is 8.25%.

3. Another name appears on my ticket. Did I get the wrong tickets?

The name that appears on the ticket is the name of the supplier of the ticket, or the original purchaser.  The tickets are transferable and are valid for entry.

5. What if my event is cancelled?

If an event has been officially cancelled and not rescheduled or postponed, we will offer a full refund less any taxes or shipping that depending on the timing have already been applied to local or state governments.

6. What if my event is postponed?

If an event is postponed, the original tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued. We are not able to offer customers refunds on postponed events. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local media to know when an event has been rescheduled.

7. What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Tickets generally cannot be replaced if misplaced or lost.  If the tickets are stolen, please make sure to get a police report that lists the tickets as stolen items, this will help us to facilitate any actions we can perform.  Please contact us as soon as you know there is a problem.  Timing is key as many avenues to help are not available on the day of the event.

8. Problems with your tickets or your confirmed order?

If the tickets on your confirmed order are not received before the event, please contact us immediately. Ticket Attractions will work with the seller to deliver the tickets to you. If the tickets or acceptable substitutes cannot be delivered prior to event, then Ticket Attractions will refund 150% of your payment for the undelivered tickets. If the tickets on your confirmed order are deemed invalid and not honored by the venue, then please get a manager from the venue to confirm the incident in writing, and contact us immediately.

9. Electronic Tickets:

E-tickets are the newest form of electronic tickets.  If your tickets are emailed to you, please verify that each printed ticket has a unique seat number and that each ticket has a bar code which is scanned at the entrance to the event.

How it works:

Your electronic tickets will be emailed to you by a Ticket Attractions representative (if they are mailed to you just present your tickets at the entrance). Upon reception of the email, please print out the PDF attachment which is where your electronic tickets are located. Present your electronic ticket(s) at the gate where they will be scanned by the attendant and then you will be admitted. Be sure to bring the entire 8 1/2 by 11" sheet with you to the event, do not cut off any portion of the ticket. Both barcodes are needed to be scanned at the entrance for admission to the event. Do not copy your tickets. The scanners will only allow one entry per unique bar coded ticket. Any additional scans of the same barcode will be denied admittance.
